Seminar on Cancer Awareness
A special Cancer Awareness Seminar was successfully
organized on 18/7/26 at AVDS Arts and Commerce College Jamjodhpur, a
prestigious educational institution in Jamjodhpur, with the aim of increasing
health awareness. Dr. Shailesh Makwana, the pioneer of cancer awareness, was
present as a speaker in this seminar. During the seminar, Dr. Makwana informed
the students about a serious disease like cancer. He gave very in-depth
information on issues like early diagnosis, addiction relief, healthy
lifestyle, medical advice. The program began with the traditional lighting of
the lamp and a prayer and welcomed the guests verbally. The Principal of the
college, Alkesh Vachani Saheb, welcomed Dr. Makwana praised the social service
of Dr. and said that youth are the future of the country, so such seminars are
very important for their physical and mental health. A large number of college
students were present in this seminar and Dr. Shailesh Makwana satisfied their
curiosity by giving very accurate answers to the questions of the students. At
the end of the seminar, all the participants took an oath to remain drug-free
and spread awareness about cancer in the society. This entire program was
conducted by Dr. Anil Hothi Saheb.
