World Mother Language Day.
`Sada Saumya Shi Vaibhave Ubhrati, Mile Matrubhasa Mane Gujarati` This celebration was organized under Matrubhasa Sapta by Gujarat Sahitya Akademi and AVDS College. The program started with a prayer. After the prayer, the guests lit a lamp. The guests were welcomed with a book, khadi handkerchief and pen. After the reception, the college principal Dr. Alkeshbhai Vachani spoke about the importance of mother language.
