Educational Visit
This educational visit was organized by Shri
Alkesh Vachani, Principal of Smt. Amritben Valjibhai Damjibhai Savjani Arts and
Commerce College, Jamjodhpur as part of the curriculum of the students and with
the aim of informing them about the cooperative sector and practical knowledge
of milk processing. Since Dudhsagar Dairy is one of the leading dairies in
Asia, understanding its management and technology was of utmost importance for
the students of Commerce and Arts.
